This website is operated by Realty Inside Out Private Limited (MahaRERA Agent Registration No. A041262604396), referred to here as “we” or “us”. It shares information about Truspace Prima Altiora, a residential project in Wakad, Pune (MahaRERA No. PR1260002602057), developed by Truspace Developments Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what we collect when you make an enquiry and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, and any preferences you choose (configuration, site visit timing).
• Campaign details from the link you used to reach us (for example UTM tags or ad click IDs), the page address, referring website and browser type.
• A one-time password (OTP) check result. The OTP itself is handled by our SMS provider and is not stored by us.

Why we collect it

• To confirm that the mobile number belongs to you before showing the price sheet and floor plans.
• To call, SMS or WhatsApp you about this project, share details you asked for and arrange site visits.
• To understand which campaigns bring enquiries so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

Your details are used by Realty Inside Out Private Limited and may be shared with the project developer, Truspace Developments Pvt Ltd, to arrange visits and bookings, and with service providers that help run this website: the SMS OTP provider, Google (where enquiries are stored in Google Sheets) and, if enabled, analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to assist with your enquiry and any purchase, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also withdraw consent you have given. Write to us through the enquiry form on the project page and we will act on your request.

Cookies and local storage

The site remembers on your own browser that you have verified your number, so you are not asked again for a few weeks. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies. You can clear these from your browser settings at any time.
